Gabriel Stubbe
Gabriel is the founder and CEO of Ricochet Padel. Gabriel is also the founder of Peredigm Private Limited, a consultancy. Gabriel has worked for approximately twenty years in private equity, real estate and banking, with particular experience in mergers and acquisitions of lodging companies and major hotel assets and portfolios. Gabriel has been directly involved in the acquisition of over $5 billion in hotels for major private equity fund mgrs Colony Capital and Grove International Partners.
Gabriel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from University of Massachusetts and an MBA from Johnson & Wales.
Gabriel is an avid racquet sports player and especially passionate about padel.
Sebastian Stubbe
Sebastian is a founder of Ricochet Padel. Sebastian is also CEO of Pine Street Regional Center, a subsidiary of Arkansas Capital Corporation. Sebastian has more than 25 years of experience in fund management and investment banking. Prior to joining Pine State, Sebastian was a founding partner of an investment management firm in New York, and he previously worked with Solomon Smith Barney in New York and London.
Sebastian earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Georgetown and an MBA from Columbia.
Sebastian shares his brother Gabriel’s passion for padel, and is particularly enthusiastic about its growth prospects in Asia.
Rob Koh
Rob is an investor in, partner and technical advisor to Ricochet Padel. Rob is also assistant director of Kohup Sports Pte Ltd, a sports construction specialist organization that has been building courts for over four decades. Rob has 12 years’ experience and specialises in the optimization of sports facilities, troubleshooting and sports surface maintenance. Some notable projects include Singapore ATP250 in OCBC Arena, installation of Singapore’s first floating tennis platform at Marina Bay and multiple FIFA-certified fields across Asia.
Rob holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Macquarie University, Australia.
Rob was previously a member of Singapore’s national tennis team. Rob is an advocate of padel and believes padel will be the future of urban sports in Singapore.
Max Kogler
Max is an investor in and advisor to Ricochet Padel. Max is the CEO of PingPod, a successful scale-up and operator of autonomous table tennis clubs in the US. Max is also the founder and CEO of Kognico, a management consultant firm and the former COO/CFO of Super Soccer Stars. He has a track record of successfully building and managing organisations in sports and media, education, finance and technology.
Max has a dual undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, a Masters of Advanced Studies from Cambridge University and an MBA from Stanford.
Max spends most of his time holding a ping pong paddle, but is a huge believer in the sport of padel.
